William Patrick "Bill" Cambron age 65 of Versailles, formerly of Washington County, died at 9:35 am Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at the home of his mother on Blandford Ln., Springfield.
Born January 10, 1957 in Lebanon, he was preceded in death by his father, Robert I. "Judge" Cambron, January 19, 1995 and a brother, Gary Robert Cambron, May 14, 2022.
He was a U.S. Army veteran having served as an MP at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma, was a Route Salesman for National Entertainment Network and was a member of St. Leo Catholic Church in Versailles.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Smith Cambron, two daughters, Jennifer Morrison and Heather Hamilton both of Versailles, his mother, Louise Cambron, five brothers, Ronnie (Vivian) Cambron, Ruben Cambron, Frankie (Joni) Cambron, Joe (Carolyn) Cambron and Tom (Rhonda) Cambron all of Springfield and sister-in-law, Pam Cambron, two sisters, Joyce Cambron of Lexington and Carol (Joe) Mattingly of St. Francis, KY, four grandchildren, Jimmy Morrison (Elizabeth), Emily Morrison, David and Will Hamilton.
Cremation was chosen and a memorial mass will be conducted at 11:00 am Thursday, June 16, 2022 at St. Leo Catholic Church, 295 Huntertown Rd., Versailles, KY with inurnment in the St. Leo Columbarium.
Honorary pallbearers will be the four grandchildren.
Visitation will be at the church from 9:00 am till time of service at 11:00 am Thursday morning, June 16.
