Linda Faye Brady Mudd age 75 of Seibert Creek Ln., Springfield, died at 11:33 pm Monday, April 3, 2023 at her residence.
Born January 29, 1948 in Lebanon, she was preceded in death by her parents, James Wilbur and Ida Hazel Powell Brady, a great granddaughter, Andie Grace Baker and a brother, David Brady.
She was a homemaker, had been a beautician at Annabelle's Beauty Shop in Lebanon several years ago, was the bookkeeper for the family farm and had done seasonal work at Country Place.
She was known for her willingness to help others, cooking for her family every day, she loved working in her yard and planting flowers and she was a KY Junior Holstein Advisor for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Austin Mudd, two sons, Stephen (Judy) Mudd of Berne, Indiana and Jason (Amy) Mudd of Springfield, a daughter, Pamela Mudd of Springfield, a brother, Larry (Rita) Brady of Lebanon, three sisters, Wanda Ice of Bardstown and Pat Brady and Lisa Brady both of Lebanon, six grandchilden, Macy Jo Baker, Jackie, Samuel, Mariah, Thomas and Sophie Mudd, two great grandchildren, Brantley and Gracelynn Baker.
Funeral mass for Linda Faye Brady Mudd will be conducted at 10:00 am Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at St. Rose Catholic Church with Rev. Kevin McGrath, O.P. officiating. Burial will be in St. Rose Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Stephen, Jason, Samuel, Thomas and John Mudd, Phillip Ice and Larry Brady Jr.
Honorary pallbearers will be granddaughters, Macy Jo Baker, Jackie, Mariah and Sophie Mudd.
A prayer service will be held at 7:00 pm Monday, April 10 at Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home where friends may call from 4:00 till 8:00 pm Monday and again from 7:00 am till 9:30 am Tuesday morning.
