John Frank Parrott

John Frank Parrott age 69 of Danville Highway, Lebanon, died Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at his residence.

Born March 19, 1955 in Lebanon, he was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee and Patricia Shewmaker Parrott and a brother Robert Lee "Bob" Parrott Jr.

He was a 1973 graduate of Washington County High School and a graduate of Eastern KY University, was in sales in farm implement and tractors for Horn Ford Equipment in Danville for 10 years, Greenline John Deere for 10 years, was self-employed in Ag equipment for 2 years and Lawson Tractor & Implement in Lebanon for the last 15 years.

He is survived by a granddaughter, Darrah (Dustin) Humphrey of Loretto, two great grandchildren, Joseph Richard and Hudson Humphrey of Loretto, two sisters, Jean (Tommy) Butcher of Galax, Virginia and Sandy (Terry) Warner of Springfield and his former wife, Linda Parrott of Lebanon, also survived by several nieces and nephews.

At his request cremation was chosen and private services will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024 with Rev. Pier Giorgio Dengler, O.P. officiating.
