John Eric Evans

John Eric Evans age 45 of Antioch, Tennessee, formerly of Springfield, died Monday, April 3, 2023 at his residence.

Born October 13, 1977 in Cynthiana, KY, he was preceded in death by a sister, Carrie Lynn Evans, November 24, 1993.

He was a 1996 graduate of Washington County High School, a 1998 graduate of St. Catharine College and a 2000 graduate of University of KY with a bachelor’s degree in International Business.  He was a self-employed musician in Nashville.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Luckett Smith of Lebanon, his father, John (Lanny) Evans of Winchester, KY, a sister, Jackie Robertson of Willisburg, a niece, Leslie Gammon, two nephews, Tyler and Nick Galarza, two great nieces, Mila and Kailin Bell and several aunts and uncles.

Per his wishes cremation was chosen and a memorial visitation will be from 4:00 till 7:00 pm Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations please be made to funeral expenses.
