Elizabeth Ann (Hurrigan) Coleman

Elizabeth Ann Hurrigan Coleman age 82 of Louisville, formerly of Springfield, died at 9:50 pm Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at Norton Hospital in Louisville.

Born June 23, 1942 in Springfield, she was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Leonard and Mary Katherine Logan Hurrigan and her husband, Jack Coleman.

She attended Rosenwald High School in Lebanon, was a chef in Louisville for several years having worked at The Galt House and Holiday Inn and was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Keene of Springfield, 2 sisters, Ruby Nell Smalley of Lebanon and Selinda Joyce (Robert) Epps of Louisville and a grandson, David Johnson.

Funeral mass for Elizabeth Ann Hurrigan Coleman will be conducted at 12 noon Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Rev. Pier Giorgio Dengler, O.P. officiating.  Burial will be in St. Dominic-Holy Rosary Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jamie Smalley, Jermaine, Leonard, Javonta and Robert Epps, George Hurrigan, Michael Spencer and Chuck Spalding.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am till time of services at noon on Tuesday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
