Betty Hutchins Obituary

Betty Duncan Hutchins age 70, of Rizer Ave., Springfield, died at 5:50 pm Monday, September 3, 2018 at her residence.

Born May 19, 1948 in Louisville, she was preceded in death by her parents, Russell Franklin and Ruth Hoover Olmstead Duncan, her husband, Charles Larry Hutchins, February 18, 2016, one brother, Tom Duncan and three sisters, Debra Duncan, Renita Hubbard and Teresa Ligon.

She was Manager and Senior Tax Advisor for H & R Block in Lebanon for several years and was a Christian.

She is survived by a son, Tim (Pamela) Hutchins of Springfield, a daughter, Missy Hutchins of Harrodsburg, three brothers, Russell Duncan and Jimmy Duncan both of Akron, Ohio and Henry Duncan of Barberton, Ohio, a sister, Melossa Finding of Wadsworth, Ohio, two grandchildren, Heather Hutchins (Robbie Warner) of Harrodsburg and Hunter Hutchins of Springfield, two great grandchildren, Jessie and Lucas Warner of Harrodsburg.

Funeral services were conducted at 1:00 pm Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home with Rev. Rev. Jesse Burns pastor of Springfield Christian Church officiating.

Cremation followed services.  Her cremains will be placed in a niche at Louisville Memorial Gardens West in Louisville.

Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
