Alex Cambron

David Alexander Cambron age 34 of Mockingbird Dr., Springfield, died at 5:22 pm Sunday, August 27, 2023 at U of L Hospital in Louisville.

Born August 11, 1989 in Lebanon, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael John Cambron, August 10, 1995, his maternal grandparents, Helen Rita and Donald Clifton Purdom and his paternal grandparents Joseph Arch and Mary Emogene Cambron.

He was a 2007 graduate of Washington County High School and was a member of Springfield Baptist Church. He was also an organ donor.

He is survived by his parents, Mark and Marilyn Purdom Cambron of Springfield, a brother, Ben (Ashley) Cambron and neice, Evelyn Rose Cambron of Springfield and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services for David Alexander Cambron will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday, September 1, 2023 at Springfield Baptist Church with Bro. John McDaniel officiating.  Burial will be in Cemetery Hill.

Pallbearers will be Larry Hamilton, Josh Walker, Paul Noel, Josh Tingle, Martin Murphy, Josh Wheatley, Roy Curtsinger and Eric Cambron.

Visitation will be from 4:00 till 8:00 pm Thursday at Hale-Polin-Robinson Funeral Home and visitation will be from 9:00 am till time of service at 11:00 am Friday morning at Springfield Baptist Church.
